This year I had the opportunity to act as Oak Leaf Elementary's web intern along with my classmate Sterling Acomb. Oak Leaf Elementary is a newly opened school so we did a lot of work organizing and getting content on the website. This was a very educational experience, learning website upkeep and how to work on WordPress.
This website was a landing page created as practice with my classmate James Smith. The prompt of this project was to create a landing page for a boat rental service. This project was a good experience learning to work with others, dividing work, and becoming more experienced with GitHub.
Space Tourism was a website built for submission to the Utah TSA web competition and placed third in state. It was built by a team including my classmates Ashton Osazuwa, Nate Fierro, Sterling Acomb, and myself. Working with a bigger team this project taught work ethic, responsibility, and project management to divide up the work. On this website I completed the "Preparation" and "Sources" pages. I also helped work out bugs and added the image header to unify the pages of the site.
This is the first full website I built myself just with some instruction on the framework. This website was my portfolio to show off my personal works and how I've prgressed.
This was a simple two page website built as practice, working with my Skills USA partner Jordan Marsh. The prompt of this project was to redesign the Home and Destination pages of the utah.com website.
For the 2023 Utah Skills USA state webdevelopment competition this website was coded alongside my partner, Jordan Marsh, under a four hour time limit. We kept a very basic design similar to the original website that was being redesigned. While this project didn't show our creativity, I think it allowed for us to focus on the code better.
This was the first actual website I ever built from scratch. I worked with Jordan Marsh on this site. It was a challenge we were thrown into by our teacher to start our competition experience.
This is a Jordan School District award given to those that have shown a dedication to their Career and Technical Education.
I was able to participate in this year's Skills USA Utah State competition with my webdevelopment class. This project made me work with a partner, learn timeliness and professionalism, along with working on a time limit.
This year I participated in the Utah TSA State competition on a team with three of my peers. Our website placed third in state.
